ما البيانات التي نجمعها
عند إرسال نموذج «ابدأ مشروعك» نجمع ما تكتبه فقط: الاسم، والجهة إن ذكرتها، ورقم الجوال، والبريد الإلكتروني، والخدمة المطلوبة، وتفاصيل الطلب، والميزانية والمدة التقريبيتين، وموعد الاجتماع ونوعه، ووقت موافقتك. لا نستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط للتتبّع أو الإعلانات. يحفظ متصفحك اختيار اللغة فقط.
لماذا نستخدمها
لدراسة طلبك، وترتيب الاجتماع، والتواصل معك بشأنه، وإعداد عرض السعر ومتابعة العمل إن اتفقنا. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة لأغراض تسويقية.
أين تُحفظ ومن يصل إليها
تُحفظ على خادم مؤجَّر لدى مزوّد الاستضافة، وقد يقع خارج المملكة، وتُرسَل إشعارات الطلب عبر خدمة البريد لدى المزوّد نفسه. يصل إليها فريق الشركة المختص فقط عبر لوحة محمية بكلمة مرور.
مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ ببيانات الطلب ما دام التواصل أو العمل قائماً، ثم للمدة التي تقتضيها الأنظمة المعمول بها، ونحذفها بعد ذلك أو عند طلبك متى لم يمنع ذلك نظام.
حقوقك
وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية، يحق لك العلم بكيفية معالجة بياناتك، والاطلاع عليها والحصول على نسخة منها، وطلب تصحيحها أو إتلافها، والرجوع عن موافقتك. راسلنا على hello@we-apps.com.

Who we are

What we collect
When you send the “Start a project” form we collect only what you enter: name, company if given, mobile number, e-mail, the service, the request details, the approximate budget and timeline, the meeting time and type, and the time you gave consent. We use no tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser only remembers your language choice.
Why we use it
To study your request, arrange the meeting, contact you about it, and prepare a quotation and follow the work if we agree. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing.
Where it is kept and who can see it
It is kept on a server rented from our hosting provider, which may be outside the Kingdom, and request notifications are sent through the same provider’s e-mail service. Only the company’s responsible team can see it, through a password-protected dashboard.
How long we keep it
While the conversation or the work is ongoing, then for as long as applicable law requires. After that we delete it, or earlier on request where no law prevents it.
Your rights
Under Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law you may be informed about how your data is processed, access it and obtain a copy, ask for it to be corrected or destroyed, and withdraw your consent. Write to hello@we-apps.com.
